Shipping & Returns FAQ

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are made on demand just for you! Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that holidays and peak seasons may cause slight delays.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the link provided in the email.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours. If you need to make a change, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@atlylu-mindset.com , and we’ll do our best to assist you.

4. What is your return policy?

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@atlylu-mindset.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please Note: Digital products (e.g., eBooks, courses) and select physical items (candles and notebooks) are non-refundable.

5. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We’re happy to offer exchanges if the item you received doesn’t fit as expected. Just email us at support@atlylu-mindset.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide instructions for exchanging the item. Please note that the item must be in its original, unworn condition.

For sizing exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we cover the shipping for the replacement item.

6. What if I don’t like the item I ordered?

We understand that sometimes an item might not feel right for you! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Simply contact us at support@atlylu-mindset.com to begin the return process. Return shipping for preference-based returns is covered by the customer.

7. What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@atlylu-mindset.com if you need to update your address. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll update it for you. If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address, and any additional shipping costs associated with re-sending the package will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please note that international shipments may incur additional customs fees or taxes upon arrival, depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Are there any fees for returns?

For returns due to personal preference (like sizing or style), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrives damaged or defective, there are no return shipping fees, and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund.
